Terms of Service
Welcome to RuntimeForce. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website https://runtimeforce.dev, the SaaS control plane, and the RuntimeForce IDE client (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. When purchasing subscriptions or credit packages, your transaction is processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd or its affiliates, subject to Paddle's Terms of Use.
2. Description of Service & Licensing
RuntimeForce provides a specialized AI development environment and orchestration runtime for local and remote SSH engineering workflows. The client application executes tasks locally or across your configured remote VPS instances.
- Free Tier ($0/mo): Includes local runtime, terminal, Git integration, and BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) access for free/local model providers.
- Pro Tier ($19/mo or $190/yr): Includes managed cloud AI proxy (5,000 monthly AI Credits), multi-model Consilium mode, 3 active projects, and 48-hour offline license verification.
- Studio Tier ($49/mo or $490/yr): Includes 15,000 monthly AI Credits, full Pro BYOK direct access, autonomous Project-Driven workflow, and Social Build in Public module.
3. Subscriptions, Renewals, and Cancellation
Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless canceled prior to the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through your Account settings. Upon cancellation, your access remains active until the end of the current paid billing period.
4. Intellectual Property & Ownership
You retain 100% ownership and copyright of all source code, software, repositories, text, and data processed using the Service. RuntimeForce claims no intellectual property rights over any code generated, edited, or committed by you.
5. Artificial Intelligence Disclaimer
AI-generated code, analysis, and terminal suggestions are generated by probabilistic machine learning models and may contain errors, vulnerabilities, or bugs. You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and verifying all code before running or deploying it in production environments.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RUNTIMEFORCE AND ITS SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, SYSTEM DOWNTIME, OR HARDWARE DAMAGE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO RUNTIMEFORCE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.
